On Wednesday, 43 coaches in Ångermanland got to take part in the basic course in the TikiTaka method. TikiTaka’s development manager Tony Gustavsson himself was present along with Ambassadors Michael Mähler and Jonas Höglund.

Organizers were Remsele UIF and Sollefteå GIF along with AFFS local player developer Peter Olsson as the coordinator.

– A very successful event, says Peter.

– The practicing group thought it was really a fun and rewarding experience and a lot of my practicing colleagues found new inspiration and new ideas. My own players who were present said they wished they had gotten the chance to practice with the TikiTaka method at a young age. Yes, they actually wanted to practice right after Tony’s pass, Peter laughs.

In summary one can say that the TikiTaka method once more shows how inspiring it is with coaches and players. Coaches realize how stimulating it is, especially when it comes to decision making skills. The players will be more mentally tired than physically, but they think it’s amazingly fun.
